We have 3 bedrooms upstairs each with queen beds. The master has a walk-in closet and a full en-suite bathroom with separate shower & tub. Two other upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with tub/shower. There is a queen sized hide-a-bed couch available on the main level as well.
The living area has a fireplace and 55" HD cable TV with comfortable seating that looks out on ten-Mile Range and the Breckenridge slopes. The dining table easily accommodates 8. In addition, there is seating at the kitchen counter for another 6 to talk with the chef or have a casual meal or drink.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking and eating utensils you would expect to find in a home used for year around use. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher.
There is a half bath on the main level. In-floor heating throughout the townhouse makes for quiet and very comfortable living conditions.
Our deck is outfitted with a Weber gas grill and have a private hot tub just off our deck.
We have 2Gbps cable internet service thru Xfinity/Comcast.
