Featuring a huge gourmet kitchen, updated finishes and plenty of space to spread out. Third bedroom has a workspace and high speed Internet. Home has small fenced backyard with seating & firepit.Easy access to I-25 and right in between Colorado Springs and Denver.
The space
Huge kitchen with everything you need to prepare wonderful meals. We have a crockpot, rice cooker, electric griddle, etc. basic condiments provided. Dining seating is plentiful! Access to smart TV apps. Fully updated unit with designer touches throughout. Huge master with beautiful views! Double separate sinks, huge tile shower. 2 more bedrooms upstairs with shared full bath. Upstairs washer and dryer. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in castle rock!! There is parking available for 2 cars in driveway. Firepit and grill in backyard.
There are several sets of stairs including entry to home. Although children welcome, this space is not childproofed or suitable for small children.
