Outside seating consists of new faux wicker seating and additional seating overlooking the amazing mountain views. 1 minute drive to Durango Hot Springs or you can walk the 1/4 mile. Dalton Ranch Golf course is just across Highway 550 about 3/4 mile. PJ's gourmet market and liquor store is 1/2 mile. Great location and great property.
