It's located less than a mile to the restaurants and shops at downtown's Pearl Street, and just 1.5 miles to Folsom Field and CU. If you're visiting a student or attending a game at CU, you can easily walk or bike from this house. In the other direction, it's close to hiking and running trails and an easy drive to the Boulder Reservoir. If you're here for the Bolder Boulder our house is located in the course. You can walk or bike to the start line, or cheer on the runners at the end of the block.
The house features a beautifully designed open floor space, with vaulted ceilings. The living room, dining room, kitchen and outdoor living space flow seamlessly together with a large folding glass window leading to a large outdoor porch. A chef's kitchen and spacious island within the open floor plan make this an enjoyable space to visit with family and friends.
The main floor has two private bedrooms, each with a double bed. These rooms are joined by an en suite bathroom, which features a full bathtub and shower. There is also a half bathroom on the main floor.
