Plenty of on street parking in addition to the driveway but a car really isn't necessary as you can take the RTD bus direct from the airport to a downtown stop just several blocks from the home.
Spruce Pool is just one block away so the kids can splash around during hot summer days! 4 cruiser bikes available as well if you want to ride around the many bike paths and downtown. There is also a pack and play (no sheets) and baby gate at the house so you don't need to worry about lugging that with you:)
