Beautiful Mid-Century Modern home with large private downstairs area. I LIVE UPSTAIRS but you won't see me unless you need something. A fabulous park is located across the street that everyone in the family can enjoy: roller hockey, pickle ball, skate board ramps, soccer fields, playground, picnic areas for families, walk path. There is also a water park across the street. Large, spacious basement with to 2 separate bedrooms with queen beds, and 2 queen bed high top air mattresses, coffee bar, refrigerator, microwave, wi-fi, tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime. 3 minutes from downtown Littleton, 5 minutes from the light rail, 5 minutes from Hudson Gardens, 20 minutes to Red Rocks Concert Venue, 20 minutes from downtown Denver. Great location!

One full bathroom is located downstairs along with a wet bar, coffee bar, refrigerator and microwave. Tv and sleeper sofa located in living room and queen high top mattress available as well.
