The water is always accessible. 1st floor full bath, bedroom with twin bunks, open concept living room and kitchen with WIFI, large flat screen TV for amazon firestick only. 2 kayaks (one a double), 1 canoe, 2 beach chairs, umbrella and outdoor shower.
