Close to downtown Aspen. Less than a two minute drive to town. Privacy and Views. One car garage and two spaces behind garage and to right of garage. Contemporary designer furnishings. Fourth Bedroom has Queen Bed with bathroom ensuite. Sleeps 8 adults comfortably. 2 master King bedrooms have a bathroom ensuite. One King bedroom has a bathroom closely adjacent to it. Gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and ready to go. Viking Stove, Oven, and microwave. Sub Zero fridge and freezer. Bosch dishwasher. In the summer enjoy: Gas stainless WEBER BBQ on deck along with a new 8 person aluminium table and chairs with umbrella to enjoy the great new large Trex deck. Also L shaped couch and rocker on deck. See photo.. Note: There is a electric vehicle ride service to downtown shopping and restaurants from June 15 to September 15 (7 days per week, 11 am to 11 pm). Downtowner is the company that runs this service and you can search online to download the free app. We think they will continue doing this service every summer, and may be starting to do this service in the winter too?

They have installed Central A/C on the upper level that has living room, one of two King master suites, dining area and kitchen. A/C company says it will help cool down downstairs as well. A/C company didn’t see it necessary to put a/c split system downstairs because it stays naturally cooler.
