All new contemporary yet comfortable decor and furnishings that compliment the charm of the original features like the hardwood floors and built-in-place cabinets! Washer and dryer, outdoor grill and cooking station with comfortable private back patio that is shaded in the afternoons and has solar lighting for enjoying our comfortable Colorado evenings. Bedrooms feature ceiling fans, dresser, full size closet and Queen beds. The comfortable living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa, 55" smart television with Roku. There is a convenient desk area with internet access for those who need to work while they play. The bathroom has been completely updated and has everything you might need including a hairdryer and make up mirror. In the renovation of the home we opened the kitchen to the living area and provided a cool table space convenient for eating, working and visiting. We have a high chair, Pack & Play and baby seat / swing for those with small children. All linens, pillows and towels are supplied, as well as some kitchen staples. The kitchen is equipped with a stainless farm sink, stove/oven, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, k-cup coffee maker, toaster, mixer, all cookware and dinnerware.
