The whole family can unwind, relax and reconnect in this fully finished and furnished home. You will love this home for its fresh decor and cozy atmosphere. There is a fully stocked kitchen, on-site laundry and a 2-car garage, as well as a small theater, ping pong table, foosball and a fireplace. Enjoy the sunset and mountain views on the front porch while you sip a hot drink or relax in the backyard, surrounded by a grassy lawn and patio complete with a grill, umbrella and shaded seating area.
The entire space is yours to enjoy, excepting a locked linen closet. The basement maintenance room is also locked, but with easy-to-bypass privacy doorknobs should you need to access the main water shut off. Do not turn off the furnace (looks like a normal lightswitch) unless instructed to do so.

Within strolling distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and Starbucks, you can also walk to the trailhead nearby a wildlife habitat preservation area. Enjoy hiking, biking or running. Choose to go to Monument or Palmer Lake to enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking. In the surrounding Monument area, you can find fine and casual dining, shopping, coffee shops, and grocery stores.
For those who love the outdoors, there is trailhead across the street and a playground park two blocks from the home.
To access the trail by foot in 3 minutes, head southwest on Lacuna Drive, past Talus Road and take a RIGHT on Lyons Tail Road. The dirt trail is your next right.
To access the park by foot in 6 minutes, head northeast on Lacuna Drive, take a LEFT on Talus Road, the next RIGHT on Toreva Drive, and the park is at the corner of Old Creek Drive, past Leather Chaps Drive.

When leaving the space via car, you may find that the left turn onto Jackson Creek Parkway can make even confident drivers nervous. I think there needs to be a stoplight or four-way stop, but none yet exists.
I highly recommend turning Right on Jackson Creek Parkway, and then making a U-turn at the next opportunity where you may notice a "Left-Turn Only" sign. In Colorado, it is legal to make a U-turn as long as there is no sign prohibiting a U-turn and you do not endanger other traffic.

The main-water shut-off valve, the furnace kill switch, and the internet router are all housed within the basement maintenance room. Should you need to access it, bypass the privacy lock.
