You will find it stocked with all the necessities to prepare a delicious feast.
The dining area offers seating for six plus an additional two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living space features a comfy sofa, flat screen TV and cozy wood burning fireplace. Sit back and relax while sipping a glass of wine and discussing the days' adventures or step outside to enjoy third floor views off your private balcony complete with gas barbecue and whip up a delectable meal.

There are also public picnic tables and BBQs in the grassy area behind the unit near river bike path. The ideal place to picnic and enjoy the sun!

All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
