Note- there may be guests using the basement apartment so there may hear them or interact with them in the backyard or driveway.

-Additional guests beyond what was approved when booking: $35 per guest, per day
-Pet cleaning fee (for any unauthorized pets): $100
-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $100
-Broken/damage items: charged at replacement value
