5 Bedroom House in Proctorsville, Cavendish
**Available for the full 2026–27 ski season: November 20 through April 12.**
What if, instead of booking Vermont one ski weekend at a time, you simply had a home here for the winter?
Just an 8-minute drive from Okemo Mountain, this home gives you a five-bedroom Vermont home base for the entire ski season. The rental includes both the main house and separate private studio, giving you the space and flexibility to comfortably host family and friends throughout the winter.
This Vermont home provides you with room and flexibility
One of the things that makes this property particularly well suited to a full ski season is the combination of the main house plus separate studio.
The main house gives everyone a place to gather after a day on the mountain, while the studio provides something especially valuable when you're sharing a house for an entire winter: a little separation when you want it. It's ideal for grandparents joining for a weekend, another couple visiting, older children, or someone who wants a quieter place to rest.
Across the property there are five bedrooms, four with queen beds and one with a twin. There are three bathrooms, two full kitchens (one in the studio), living room, dining space, washer and dryer, and mudroom.
The real experience of a seasonal rental isn't a single weekend away. It's knowing Vermont is waiting for you whenever you want it.
Leave your skis, boots and winter clothes here. Come up when the forecast suddenly calls for snow. Spend Christmas, New Year's, Presidents' Week or a spontaneous powder weekend at Okemo without searching for lodging or paying peak-weekend rates every time.
Invite family or friends to join you. Give guests their own space in the studio. Stay Sunday night and ski Monday because there's no checkout time waiting for you.
For nearly five months, your Vermont home is simply there whenever you want it.
