Upstairs includes two additional bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other is set up as a bunk room that sleeps 5 comfortably. The entry level or basement also features a bedroom with a twin over full futon bed and 3/4 bath. The brand new private hot tub is located on this level. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. Enjoy one of the largest decks in the neighborhood next to the Fraser River. The views out the windows of the continental divide are incredible. A two car garage features a ping pong table and ample room to unload and hang up your gear.
You can't beat this location! Easy access to everything including Winter Park Ski Resort, Fraser Valley, Rocky Mountain National Park, and more. Located downtown adjacent to Hideaway Park and the new Amphitheater and the sledding hill which features an outdoor gas fire pit and heated restrooms. We have ample sleds and the City provides sleds! Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the new Marketplace grocery store. The scenic Fraser River and Rendezvous trail system are just steps from the front door.
