THIS INCLUDES THE COVERED SCREENED PATIO. An additional cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed for any smoking in interior spaces. - Dogs only are allowed with Host prior approval and an additional pet fee of $75.00 per pet paid prior to stay. A maximum of 2 dogs. - Guests must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste. If outside pets must be on leash at all times, back yard though fenced is not secured for dogs. If you must leave your pet alone, please kennel them while unattended. No pets in the beds! please respect other guests who are allergic. - QUIET HOURS: 10 P.M. to 8 A.M. - Guests must be 21 or older to drink alcohol. - No fireworks on the property - We do not tolerate harassing our neighbors or other guests, or other disrespectful/ rude behavior Guests violating any of the above rules may be trespassed from the property, at the Host’s discretion, without notice, or refunds.
