There is a sleek sectional and bar stools for seating, as well as a 55-inch Smart TV! The dining room adjoins and also offers bench seating at the dining table. Go head to head on PS5 gaming console, play a round of pool, or enjoy the 3 different arcades and pinball machine! This space is perfect for hosting the whole group.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is stunning with remarkable cabinets and marble countertops. The kitchen also features upgraded stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, rustic tea kettle and other cooking utensils and kitchen necessities.
The Theater Room
From the lounge, you can walk down the steps and enter the home theater that has a 75-inch Smart TV and PS5! There are 6 reclining theater chairs and a futon for extra seating. The popcorn bar in the theater room is a great way to satiate your munchies with a popular movie-going snack! Enjoy a game of pool on the full-sized regulation pool table!
The Bedrooms
Just past the living area, you will find two of the four bedrooms. The one on the left is a single bed and full-sized bunk bed combo. The bedroom on the right has 2 queen-sized beds. Downstairs there are 2 more rooms. One has a king-sized bed, the other a queen. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32-inch Roku Smart TV, allowing guests to access their personal streaming service accounts.Great for watching sporting events!
The Bathrooms
The first full bathroom is located off of the first two bedrooms near the living area. The other bathroom is near the remaining two bedrooms and has a high-pressure showerhead and plenty of complimentary toiletries.
The Backyard
Guests can host a backyard BBQ with the newly equipped NexGrill propane grill. Guests needs to either bring their own propane gas or utilize the Cynch application to place an order. You can also find the hot tub in the backyard where you can spend an evening relaxing your muscles in steaming hot water or chilling on the patio furniture.
