The kitchen/ family room gathering area has a vaulted ceiling, five skylights, and large windows with panoramic views. Guests may enter the townhouse from two sides with one entry hall functioning as a mudroom for storing coats, boots, skis, and other gear.
The kitchen/ family room area embraces spacious and cohesive one-room living that is ideal for bringing people together. The kitchen offers expansive counter space and seating, high-end appliances, elegant wood details, and a connecting powder room. It flows directly into a dining area with a table for 8 (with the option to seat 10) and the family room/hearth area. Cooking is a delight with this well-equipped kitchen and views that rival any restaurant in town.
