Our 2,650 sq. ft. spacious home is located in the rural Durango West neighborhood, just 8 miles from historic downtown Durango (12 minutes) and 35 miles (40 Minutes) from Purgatory Resort with hiking trail access 100 feet from the home and a park/playground down the street. Nearby attractions include mountain biking trails at Twin Buttes and Phil's World in Cortez as well as Hesperus Ski Area.
The home is perfect for multiple families as it features 2 living spaces on separate floors each with a TV and Foosball table in the downstairs living space. Additional amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, high speed WIFI, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided), one car garage and 3 additional cars in the driveway (off street parking is not allowed). The main floor has AC while the basement level stays plenty cool and as such, does not have AC.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). There is a fenced yard.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
