The living area features a wood-burning fireplace, leather sectional, 65" TV, and entertainment system with surround sound that extends out to the patio. The cozy den includes a sectional with a TV.
The outside living area is equally extravagant offering great space for entertaining, complete with a grill, outdoor dining area, seasonal fire pit & hot tub. When you step outside you enjoy one of the nicest patios in all of Vail! Take a rejuvenating dip in the built-in hot tub under a charming pergola. Fire up the gas grill & enjoy dinner outside amid the soothing sounds of the waterfall feature. You'll find lounge seating and dining for six. Gather around the fire pit (available during the summer) and watch the stars come out.

High ceilings soar in the spacious, upstairs master suite which has a queen bed, 40" TV, and large windows that flood the room with natural light. An en-suite bath hosts a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Also on the top floor, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, as well as a sleeping nook with two twin beds. This space has a 32" TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and heated floors. A queen bed and a full-size daybed await downstairs in the third suite. Enjoy direct access to the patio. The en-suite bath has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
The home is pet friendly. We allow a maximum of 2 pets and the pet fee is $40/day, with a cap of $250/dog.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival.
