THE SPACE:
This home has an open floor plan with plenty of space to spread out. There are 2 separate entrances and 2 separate living spaces under the same roof. Both spaces have full kitchens. All spaces are for guest use except the locked supply closet. There is a secondary attached unit that can be rented as well. Feel free to check with us for availability if you would like to reserve it. The backyard is beautifully covered in astro-turf which is clean for kids to play. The backyard is shared space with the adjoined unit but both have their own private entrances.
There are multiple cornhole games available for use in the garage. The driveway has enough room to park 6 vehicles.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guest will have access to all spaces in the listing except the locked supply closet and the adjoining unit which is located on the left back corner of the home. Please note that the backyard space is shared with the adjoining unit.
Two of the bedrooms in the basement are accessed through the stairway in the garage.

There are two washers and dryers available for this listing.
**There is a strict NO PETS policy for this property. Failure to respect the house rule will result in a $250 fine and your account will be reported to Airbnb.
