With over 2600 SqFt, this wonderful family getaway is the perfect vacation destination. Nestled amongst the pines with close proximity to Payette Lake and Downtown McCall, enjoy the abundant wildlife within the undisturbed forest backdrop. Plenty of room for the kids to roam as sinuous decks wrap around the homes exterior for all to enjoy natures bounty.
On the main, you will find a spectacular open concept presentation great room with a wood stove for those chillier nights. An exquisite array of sofa loungers nestled with plenty of throws for added comfort. The kitchen presents amenities, spices, dishware, mixed appliances for those special memory making meals. Enjoy the bbq & smoker for those summer cookouts and prepare for game night with cards, board games horse shoes, ping-pong & foosball. There are two queen rooms on the main, including the primary which has a private bath and entryway for the private spa. In addition, .5bath, 1 full bath and laundry quarters.
The Loft boasts endless fun with ping-pong and foosball tables. One queen size sofa lounger, one daybed w/2 twins that can accommodate two guests. There is one king room on the 2nd floor with a private full-size bath. Ceilings fans are present in all rooms providing comfort during those warmer summer months. Outside there are horse shoes and other games in addition, a fire pit for use (unless fire danger is high). Plenty of outdoor parking for vehicles and trailers. During winter this home is just a short 100 yards north of the green gate for snowmobile activity and access and does have plenty of parking for trailers on the premises of the home. This home does not have a garage or a lean to.
