The West Stella Lake House has 100 + feet of lake frontage, making for the perfect Central Florida getaway! A dock with electrical outlet and a covered boat slip is available.

The circa 1905 West Lake house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Adjacent to the master bedroom, the bathroom has a dual-enclosed shower and a walkout veranda. This is a large two story house with one bedroom on the ground level and an additional sofa bed for another couple or children. One of the bedrooms is a 1946 period room.

The kitchen was designed and approved by a gourmet chef to facilitate ease of meal preparation.In the kitchen you will find all the appliances needed to cook during your stay, as well as cooking utensils and even a coffee maker so you can enjoy your morning coffee out by the lake.

The residence has a large southern wrap around covered porch both on the first and second levels. A detached Gazebo sports a 5 x 9' pool table, wet bar and mini-fridge and fireplace for comfortable family gatherings and great views out on Lake Stella.

The City of Crescent has approved golf cart travel on all city streets and a golf cart is available at a modest additional charge. Off street parking is on paved driveways with one driveway on the east side of the residence and an additional driveway is situated on the other side.

We love our pets as they are certified as National Service Animals. Pets are permitted to accompany their owners, provided a copy of current shots and flea and tick meds are indicated on the shot records. An additional charge for each animal to accompany guests with fees matching our local pet kennel at the Crescent City Kennel are the pet fees. There is a fenced dog enclosure accessed via the east rear porch with approximately 385 square feet of shady fenced area.

The residence is located just 2 miles from Crescent Lake, which is known as the bass fishing capital of the world. Public boat ramps are located less than 2 miles from the residence and there is free launching and parking available there for you to enjoy. A public park is open with picnic tables directly adjacent to the house as well.Beaches are about a one hour drive east for Palm Coast, Ormond Beach , and Daytona Beach. Theme parks in Orlando are only about 2 hours away.

This residence uses a RainSoft water treatment system to take the worry out of your water consumption.
