The unit is located on the 3rd floor walkup of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. The unit has a big main space which features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table where four people can eat comfortably, and a living room space with smart TV and a pull out full sofa bed. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed, small work desk and a window AC unit. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. In the summer, open the sliding deck doors, turn on the fans and enjoy the sea breeze! In the off season, the heat thermostat control lets you make the unit nice and warm. You will be blown away by the captivating views of the water at all hours of the day while sipping a cocktail or an ice tea on the deck!
