Tucked away right on the water's edge this amazing boathouse is a hidden gem perfect for couples, families, a group of friends, fishermen, or solo travelers. Just 5 minutes away from Cedar Point you will enjoy the peaceful rhythm of lake life while being close to all the excitement.
Inside the boathouse you will find a cozy and thoughtfully designed space with comfort in mind, featuring a living space and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is on the second floor with a king bed. The second bedroom is on the first floor and it has a queen and full size bed. The living room has a queen sofa couch and is an open concept area. There are 2 full size bathrooms inside the boathouse. There is a washer and dryer for inside the home for guests to use.

** No kids under the age of 10 years old permitted
** Extra fee of $100 to bring boat and store in boat house. Can hold up to 26 foot bass boat with shallow hull, walleye boat, or center council plus be mindful of metal cradle lift and water.
** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.
** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL WILL BE SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
