- Bedroom 2 - Larger bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. En-suite bath with a stand up shower. Full length mirror in hallway. Private entrance and patio.

- A fully equipped European-style kitchen, with custom Berloni cabinets, quartz countertops, a 5-burner gas range, a breakfast bar and fully stocked coffee station.
-A dining room that can accommodate large groups/families.

-A small deck/balcony overlooking the private back yard and a powder room complete this level.
-We allow smoking/vaping of marijuana on this level inside with the air purifiers on. No tobacco smoking inside; outside is OK.

-Primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa bed & TV. 5-piece luxury en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Includes a dedicated workspace (desk/chair).

Guests have access to the whole space including the 2-car garage.
Guests do NOT have access to locked owners’ closets on the lower level.
No mailbox access. Deliveries are welcome and come to the door.
