Positive: We were three adults renting on a busy foliage trip mid-week. We loved everything about this condo! Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, comfortable, truly five minutes behind Main Street, set up for all visitors including families. The house provided everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay! Ample parking and a very quiet street was certainly a PLUS when you encounter such a popular area. Two and half baths. The owners have taken such care to guarantee a perfect rental and the game room downstairs is a really special touch for children. Plenty of dishes, towels, sheets...so skimping here. Plenty of beds!!! Two large screen TV's with streaming services. All information came to me days in advance, but the emails went to SPAM. I rarely check. So I called the office and they gave me the lock code. The lock was something I had never encountered although I have a digital lock on my own house, but a nice neighbor named George tried a number of times and finally the door opened. When we learned HOW to use the lock, it did seem intuitive. Maybe a short instruction of HOW to use the lock could be included. Sorry to sound so stupid. In all, do not hesitate to reserve this lovely condo. We could NOT have asked for more for a perfect stay! Thank you so very much to the owner for being so thoughtful in every way!

Negative: Possibly add a one-liner for the LOCK: "Press the six code numbers on any dial in order. Then press the white circle below the dials." Lock will open. This is all that is needed in the instructions.
