This amazing well-appointed 3 bedroom is ideal for small families or couples.

Floor to ceiling windows allows our guests to enjoy the amazing mountain and river views. Rental includes one car garage, 3 bedrooms billiard table, 3 decks overlook the San Miguel Riverbank, washer/dryer, four HTDV TV's and well-appointed furnishings.

This is a seasonal rental home (Dec.17-Mar.31,2022); guest have access to entire house with the exception of two small offices, pantry and one side of the garage which is owner space.
