The large balcony includes a gas grill and table and chairs to enjoy the amazing view. Condo rental includes one underground garage parking space and use of two private lockers.
Building amenities include 2 high-capacity hot tubs, an exercise room overlooking the mountain, foosball and pool tables, a sauna, bike racks, and on-site laundry rooms. Every amenity has been recently replaced/remodeled.
