Other things to note
⇹ Driveway parking up to 3 cars or 2 large SUVs. The garage has been converted to a fabulous game room and landing area and there is no parking in the garage.
⇹ There is no central AC, which is the norm in Breckenridge as temps are usually moderate and evenings are cool. If it is summer time, Keep the shades closed during the day and open windows for cool breezes in the evenings.
⇹ Breckenridge is a high altitude mountain town and 20% of people are affected by altitude in some way. Guests are responsible for their own care. We recommend 2-3 liters of water per day prior to your arrival and staying hydrated during your stay. Avoid heavy exertion and limit alcohol the first few days.
