Welcome to Old Town Fort Collins, where you will be a short walk away from all the fabulous shops, restaurants, and watering holes! This space is the private upper portion of our 2-unit over/under duplex and has been recently refreshed for 2021! Indulge in our comfy beds and linens for a good night's rest! This home offers 2 bedrooms (one king bed & one queen bed) with a private bathroom and an awesome living space for your enjoyment equipped with (3) ROKU TV’s.
We invite you to stay in out beautiful 2 bedroom bungalow in a very charming part of old town, right on historic Mountain Avenue! This is a fantastic space for parents visiting kids at CSU, business professionals, and anyone coming in to explore our beautiful city. If you desire to be close to the action of downtown, but far enough away to enjoy some relaxation, this spot can't be beat! It's an 8 minute walk (yes, we've timed it!) into old town where you can enjoy numerous restaurants (we're happy to pass along our favorites!), live music in the square, and wonderful shops curated by fine local business owners (check out the Cupboard!).
Our property is also very close to The Lincoln Center, Poudre River Whitewater Park, Fort Collins Discovery Museum, City Park, and of course CSU!

While many fun events happen right around Mountain Avenue, this is not a party house. This is a 2-unit over/under duplex and we ask that all guests be courteous and respectful and keep in mind the quiet hours from 10pm-8am. A lot of love and care has gone into our home and we hope you enjoy your stay!
PET FRIENDLY! Smaller furry dog friends are welcome (under 50 lbs), please know we do charge a $75 pet fee. Please inquire for larger breeds* over 50 lbs or multiple dogs* as though the yard is fully fenced and secure, it may not be suitable for larger or more active breeds. *May be subject to higher pet or cleaning fees
