Getting around is easy: bus stops are a few minutes walk, use UBER or Lyft, parking for your car on property or ride a bike. Attention professors, military, business people, snowbirds, students and work-from-home virtual office: near UCSD, USD, SDSU. Near San Diego Airport, and all military bases.

TWO BEDROOMS, one with a queen size bed and one with a full size bed, dresser, dual-pane windows and blackout shades for a sound sleep for those people who work nights and need daytime sleep. Remote control ceiling fans in each room. The living room, complete with a 50 inch TV, overlooks a large green grass front yard. Imagine stretching out on the sofa or love seat and enjoying the warmth of the afternoon sun and then staying to watch sunset!

We provide steaming cable, water and gardener, but you pay gas and electricity (SDGE). Quiet and respectful guests only.
