OUTDOOR:
• Private deck with views of the Ten Mile Range and 4 O'Clock Run.
• Located directly on 4 O'Clock Ski Run for Ski in/Ski out ease. In the summer this run is a trail that connects to a myriad of hiking trails along the 10 mile range.
BUILDING and PREMISES:
• Availability to park one car in covered garage or outside.
• Common area includes one indoor and one outdoor hot tub and an indoor heated pool. The clubhouse may close in the off season (spring or fall).

Location:
Off the back deck is access to 4 O'Clock ski run. Hop on the run and take a short ride to lower 4 o'clock which will dead end across the street from the snowflake lift (peak 8 and peak 9 access).
Downtown Breckenridge is a 10 minute walk downhill from the condo. There is a liquor store and a Teppanyaki restaurant. Main Street with lots of shops and restaurant options is just one street over.
The closest ski and bike rental shop is Charter Sports, next to the Snowflake ticket office (on the lowest level of Blue Sky Resort). Lone Star Sports is located next to Summit Wine and Liquor, close to downtown.
City Market is the best option for grocery items, located on the north end of town on Park Ave, about a 5 minute drive from the condo.
Simple, contactless check-in and check-out! We don't require chores upon your departure. This is your vacation! Our housekeepers will take care of everything. Loading and starting the dishwasher is helpful, but not required.

PROVIDED ITEMS:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
