• ***Plumbing/Septic - This home runs on a septic system, and the plumbing is very sensitive. Please do not flush wipes (of any kind), hygiene products, paper towels, facial tissues, or anything not meant for the toilet. Please reach out to us with any questions, and thank you in advance for your cooperation!***
• There are bears, mountain lions, and other wildlife in the area - Please close and lock the trash bins as well as your vehicle at all times!
• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property has 3 levels with 2 stairwells, and there are no bedrooms on the entry level.
• Wood for the fireplace is not included, so please be sure to pick up wood if you would like to use this amenity. A Wal-Mart and Home Depot are about 12 minutes away at the El Rancho/Evergreen Pkwy exit on your way up from Denver).
• Hot tub - Please keep in mind that if a full drain and fill service is needed it may take up to 48-72 hours for the hot tub to come up to full temperature.
• *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*
• The pellet stove on the lower level living area is out-of-order and does not function.
• *Outdoor fires (including fire pits and grills) are NOT allowed per Clear Creek County short-term rental regulations. Violators may be subject to fines for having outdoor fires.
