This rental is nestled in East Keystone within a quiet neighborhood, yet still convenient to the Keystone Ski Area. Walk to River Run via the well maintained paved walkway during the summer months or hop on the complimentary shuttle with your ski gear in the winter! Located only three-quarters mile from River Run, Ski Tip Townhomes are close enough to be convenient but also away from the hustle and bustle.
Ski Tip Townhomes offer outdoor common area hot tubs, a shared pool, private garages, and spacious accommodations. Townhome 8716 includes 1,273 square feet of living space across two levels. The main level's open floor plan features vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The full kitchen is updated with newer appliances and granite countertops, and it offers a breakfast bar with bar stools. A dining table is adjacent to the kitchen area.
A spacious living room includes a gas fireplace, flatscreen television with DVD player and seating. A ground-level patio is located off the living room and features mountain views, chairs, and a small table. A half bath is located on the main level as well.
Upstairs you will find all three bedrooms, the washer and dryer, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom includes vaulted ceilings, a large bed, flatscreen television, and en-suite full bathroom complete with a jetted tub. One of the guest bedrooms includes a queen bed and television while the other offers log captains bunks and a flatscreen television. Both guest bedrooms are adjoined by a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
This property also includes a single-car private garage, free WiFi, and access to The Dakota Lodge outdoor heated pool and hot tub area, open year-round. Please note that the pool is about three-quarters of a mile away at The Dakota Club and the hot tub is located in the middle of the complex.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
