All linens and towels go through the sanitizer laundry cycle prior to your arrival; we do our best to provide you with the experience of truly being at "home". Note, all of our laundry detergents and cleaning products are unscented and from name brand manufacturers. As much as possible, we want to provide you with an allergy free experience in your home for your holiday.

Salida offers: public pool heated with waters from the mountain's hot springs, whitewater rafting and tubing, blue ribbon trout fishing and kayaking right in front of you on the Arkansas River! There's mountain biking, concerts at the riverfront amphitheater, art galleries and wonderful restaurants.
Just minutes outside of Salida you will find; Monarch Ski Resort, four wheel trails, zip lines, mountain biking , some of the nation's best hiking and so much more. The Arkansas River Valley area boasts some of Colorado's best trout fishing.
This new 2,100 sq. ft. townhome comes fully furnished! In the kitchen, you will find all the appliances and gadgets needed for a gourmet meal. There's a Keurig coffee maker, KitchenAid mixer, a Weber four burner grill, all the amenities needed for a gourmet feast!
The home features: new furniture, three king beds, a large lower suite and two upper level master bedrooms. There's three private decks overlooking the Arkansas River. The deck just off the kitchen is the perfect place for your morning coffee or to eat dinner as you watch the sun set.
You can leave your vehicle in the attached one-car garage and easily walk or bike around the town. The garage also has ski/snowboard storage and racks for your bikes. Just to the west is the City Building and there's free EV charging for your vehicle!
Please remember, if you have an oversized vehicle or multiple cars, there's free parking at the east end of our community or on the street about a hundred feet away.
Please do not park outside of the home, as it's the fire lane.
