With Sloans Lake ~2 miles away you'll get to experience everything our lake neighborhood has to offer from beautiful views to great brews. You'll be able to enjoy the whole house (excluding the backyard). The backyard is for the two guest suite units below your unit. There is a grill located on the front deck area which is yours to use exclusively.
This is a fantastic Triplex home. Your unit is on the ground level. The other two units (which arent accessible to you during your stay) are located in the basement.
