With Sloans Lake ~2 miles away you'll get to experience everything our lake neighborhood has to offer from beautiful views to great brews. The West Colfax area has weekly summer markets and fantastic eateries that are all but a short bike ride away. And our space is less than 5 minutes away from the world-famous CASA BONITA!

You'll be able to enjoy the whole house (excluding the backyard). The backyard is for the two guest suite units below your unit. There is a grill located on the front deck area which is yours to use exclusively.
This is a fantastic Triplex home. Your unit is on the ground level. The other two units (which arent accessible to you during your stay) are located in the basement.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a queen bed.
The other two bedrooms are located on the other wing of the house and are both queen beds. They share a bathroom located in the hallway.
The living room features a nice oversized couch and a desk for those looking to do some work while they are on vacation.
The kitchen is fully stocked w/ pots, pans, plates, utensils.
