This 2500 sqft fully loaded walkout basement, has a private driveway and entrance, and a locked door separating the main level from the walkout basement. This area has 9’ ceilings and an open concept floor plan in the main living area. There are 3 bedrooms, 4 beds (sofa bed), 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry room, a spacious living room and multiple dining areas for guests to enjoy. The space is beautifully decorated with a modern, rustic vibe. There are lots of large picture windows from which to enjoy the views, that let in plenty of natural light. There are some board games, books, a dartboard, shuffleboard, a pool table, a ping pong tabletop, and a 75” television to keep you entertained. The house can be challenging to access, especially during the winter months so we strongly recommend having a 4wheel drive vehicle for all bookings. A 4WD vehicle is required between mid-September and late April. This rental is the walkout basement area only and is occupied by the owners upstairs (2 adults and a 2 year old child). It has a dedicated driveway and entrance. The basement is separated from upstairs by a locked door. This is a new listing but we are experienced Super Hosts!
