Positive: It was beach front.

Negative: The room was not clean. The floors were sticky and gritty. The kitchen counter wasn’t clean. There was a taping knife on the counter with popcorn ceiling on the counters and floors. The couch and love seat were dirty-I wouldn’t even sit on them until we covered them with the extra sheets that were provided in the closet. The master bedroom sheets had dirt or something on them. The kitchen dishes looked like they came from Goodwill. We contacted the management company and they were willing to come clean it but we had already moved all of our things in and not only were we uncomfortable with them coming in with all of our stuff there, it was very inconvenient. It would have been nice to get the cleaning deposit back since it wasn’t clean. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness especially after paying a higher price for accommodations. We would still welcome a refund. We will not be staying in this unit again!

Summary: We loved the beach but not the room!
