We are 20 min from the Pikes Peak base area, 20m from Ft Carson, 10m from Peterson AFB, and 5m from fantastic shopping and restaurants in the Cimarron Hills area. It has a well equipped garage gym, 120" HD projection screen TV downstairs, a gourmet kitchen, and a double sided fireplace in the living room/kitchen. It also has an amazing master bedroom/retreat with a second double sided fireplace that you'll have to see to believe. This beautiful home can fit a large family in comfort and luxury!
Guests will have full access to wireless internet. The TV in the living room, master bedroom, downstairs guest bedroom, and the projection screen TV downstairs have Roku access, so you'll be able to watch movies and TV shows through Netflix, Amazon prime, and HBO Go. The backyard has a 3 burner Weber gas grill for outdoor BBQ's. The gourmet kitchen is set up to let you cook full family dinners (blender, slow cooker, double ovens, 5 burner stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, pots and pans, 16 place settings of plates and silverware all on hand), and guests will be able to utilize the home gym in the garage.
