Summary: The rooms are large and the bed was very comfortable but much about the service could use some work. The valet yanked my door open and started closing my windows before I was even ready to get out of the car. He took down my number wrong, and repeatedly touched my phone to scroll through my messages when I assured him I had not received the expected text message. There were over-served patrons making a lot of unhappy noises in the elevator area. The food was poor quality in the lounge. My in-room dining for breakfast was over- and under-cooked. The desk agent at check-in was brusk, rushed through a lot of information and then looked annoyed when I asked her about printing documents. The room service server and the front desk staff in the morning were lovely and very helpful, however.
