You can either exit to the garage, or the front yard with a covered patio, a small fenced yard, and a large grass park to play in!
The second floor is your main living area, dining space and a kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Stream all of your favorite accounts on the FireTV, or relax on the covered deck while you overlook the park and the open space at the end of the street.
Upstairs (3rd floor) will be the 3 bedrooms. A primary bedroom with a king size bed, 55" TV and a private bathroom. Then 2 guest bedrooms in the back of the home, each with a queen size bed and a shared bathroom. Also, a washer and dryer on this floor because no one wants to go home and do laundry.
