Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very friendly, responsive staff. Clean, comfortable facilities, located in the heart of old town Fort Collins. We had an issue with a slow draining sink, and it was immediately taken care of when we alerted the hotel staff.

Negative: In the morning, besides the complementary coffee, it would be nice to offer hot water and tea bags for those who don't drink coffee.

Summary: It's a beautiful hotel with excellent staff!
