The Space:
This brand-new three-story home sits on a freshly developed block just two blocks from downtown Crested Butte—close enough to walk or bike into town for everything CB has to offer. A rotating display of local oil paintings adds a gallery-like elegance throughout, elevating the home's mountain-modern feel. Please note: as shown in the photos, a new home is currently under construction next door.
First Floor
Two beautifully appointed bedrooms—one king, one queen—each enjoy their own en suite bathroom. At the back of the home, a bunk room with a large TV and PlayStation offers a fun retreat for kids or friends, with easy access to the hot tub just outside and a large shared full bath nearby. A mudroom and laundry room round out this level.
Second Floor
The heart of the home unfolds here: a chef-inspired kitchen with oversized, high-end appliances gives you all the space you need to cook for the whole group, alongside a square dining table that seats 8. The vaulted living area centers on a large gas fireplace and smart TV, with plenty of seating for game nights or simply unwinding after a day in the mountains.
