It sits next door to the Minnetonka Yacht Club and is within walking distance to the Deephaven Beach. Its 1.2 acre lot allows for plenty of off-street parking and privacy. The property's flat elevation also makes it a great spot for outdoor games and activities. It has 2 private docks that are great for swimming, sun-bathing, fishing, and kayaking from. The home has 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards that guests are welcome to use during their stay. The backyard also has an outdoor grill that guests can use.
