Public buses stop nearby, and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Rental cars are a great option for exploring the rest of Oahu, including the North Shore, Pearl Harbor, and the Diamond Head State Monument. Bicycle and scooter rentals are also available throughout the neighborhood for convenient local travel.

Located in the heart of Waikiki, Waikiki Sunset is just a short walk from Waikiki Beach, Kapiʻolani Park, the Honolulu Zoo, and the Waikiki Aquarium. The area is filled with restaurants, cafés, shops, and convenience stores, while nearby Kalākaua Avenue offers excellent shopping, dining, and nightlife. Guests can also enjoy easy access to hiking at Diamond Head State Monument and other popular Oahu attractions.

There is a very good bus system on the island, all buses stop in Waikiki.
