Negative: It is not private, we saw the owner multiple times and she could see us sitting on the patio from her window, and it was uncomfortable like she was spying. She also had 2 dogs that were not in the description, that barked at us coming and going and at our dogs. There were no blinds on the door or window in living room. I think you need to change the description that the "fence" is not for small dogs, the gates wouldn't lock and the gates had big holes in the bottom of them. The furnace in the apt would not turn off, so it was so hot all 3 days. The fire pit had debris and tree limbs on and around it, the chairs next to the apt were broken.
