Beautifully maintained townhome in Solar Ranch - walk or bike to restaurants, market, or trails. Our home has plenty of off street parking; a front gated patio; a private, fenced backyard that looks out to open space; and landscaped grounds all around. The trail to the open space and town is adjacent to our building. A couple minutes drive off highway 62 or highway 550. Kitchen with granite countertops and a pass through bar to dining area. A vaulted living room with gas fireplace and large flat screen TV with views of Mt. Abram and the Uncompahgre valley to the south, foothills of the Sneffel Range to southwest, and the Cimarrons to the east. Washer and Dryer off the kitchen as well as a utility sink. Main floor bedroom suite has a full bath with a walk in tub and twin bunkbeds. The main floor bedroom has a south facing window. Upstairs is a large master suite loft with a full bath and Jacuzzi tub and a king size bed. The single car garage seen in the pictures is not accessible to guests.
