This contemporary condo has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation year-round. The fully equipped kitchen includes a teak dining room table, as well as a spacious counter with bar stool seating for 4. Just off the kitchen is an east-facing deck (afternoon shade) with a Weber grill, patio table and chairs. Perfect for dining or relaxing outside surrounded by the many palm trees and desert landscape. The spacious living room is the perfect place to relax while watching the new TV or enjoying the cozy fireplace on a St. George winter evening.
The master suite is complete with teak armoire, TV, walk-in closet, and garden tub in the en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, TV, and walk-in closet. Sunny Palms is excited to host your fun-filled getaway! (The home is located on the second floor. You can access it by stairs or elevator.)
The Las Palmas community features a large outdoor lap pool, indoor lap pool, small children's pool, 2 hot tubs, basketball courts, pickleball courts, life-size chess, ping pong tables, miniature golf, and picnic tables, and more! Access includes a clubhouse as well as restrooms, showers, a lounge area with a TV, and a fitness center with equipment. This community DOES NOT ALLOW RV and trailer parking.
