When not eating at one of the many nearby restaurants our sleek and fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to prepare food or just enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Enjoy bonus amenities such as Cable TV and a Miele Stackable Washer & Dryer

Within your unit, you'll have your own private balcony to enjoy evening sunsets and views of the Rockies! If you want to venture out, our rooftop deck features multiple gas grills, a fire pit, plenty of seating and unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains! Want to get out and explore? Bakery Four is located in our building and was awarded best Bakery in Denver 2023! There are many shops, restaurants, bars & grocery stores all within walking distance! Traveling with family? Cesar Chavez Park is directly across the street from the hotel! Parking Garage is First come First Serve. We have 3 additional covered spots next to the garage and plenty of neighborhood parking.

You won't need a car if you plan on staying near the hotel. You'll have plenty in walking distance. If you want to get out and see all of Denver's best attractions, you will need to rent a car or Uber/Lyft to the various tourist attractions.

PACK-N-PLAY/HIGH CHAIR
Please notify us BEFORE your stay if you will need a pack-n-play or highchair. We need 24 hours notice to ensure we can deliver it to your room.
ROOF TOP PATIO
The Roof top patio is a common space for all of our guests to enjoy. For privacy, your room does have a private balcony off of the living room (See Photos).
PET FEES
We are a pet friendly rental - Dogs only. We charge a $75 non refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about stays longer than 2 weeks or if you have multiple pets.
PARKING
Garage parking is first come first serve. Only one car allowed per reservation.
SELF CHECK-IN HOTEL
There is no staff on site. Self check in instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.
