This mountain escape has been recently redesigned and upgraded, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms perfect for gatherings with family and friends. The kitchen has a brand new fridge and dishwasher. Off of the kitchen, you will find a new Samsung washer and dryer.
The main bedroom overlooks the east-facing Rocky Mountains. Wake up to some of the most breathtaking sunrises Colorado has to offer without leaving the bed!
Nestled in a family of Aspens, the brand new 900sqft deck is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, work remotely, or entertain guests. You can enjoy the sun or relax in the shade of the aspen tree while relishing in the fresh air and wildlife all around!

In the winter there is no shortage of activities. This winter wonderland is perfect for snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and is only 30 minutes from El Dora Ski Resort.
El Dora is located in Nederland, one of our favorite towns to grab a bite to eat, shop, and bring visitors. This quirky mountain town is also 30 minutes door to door.

Red Rocks is a 40-minute drive
Nearby attractions include The Last Stand Tavern, where you can enjoy sports games, good food, occasional karaoke, and more scenic views with a cocktail in hand.

Pet friendly. Damage to the house from a pet will be charged depending on severity but we are dog lovers and very reasonable. Small dogs off leash are not recommended to be left outside due to wildlife of all kinds.
